WHY DID I MAKE THIS PROGRAMME?


I’m a Consultant Diabetes Dietitian with over 12 years of experience working with people with diabetes and prediabetes, reaching to those UK-wide and beyond.


I have helped people prevent diabetes, manage diabetes and more recently to achieve diabetes remission.


My passion and compassion comes from my own family members struggling with prediabetes and diabetes and I have always wanted to help more people beyond my family. I understand the challenges of life that get in the way and I am here to reassure you your diabetes is not your fault and something can be done to ensure you have a healthy life ahead of you!


Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand in helping your health which is why I decided to train as a personal trainer and pilates instructor too so you are in safe hands when it comes to exercise advice.


I am a firm believer of small changes adding up to create long term positive results through a balanced lifestyle all whilst enjoying and including all foods to feed your mind and body.
